Four distinct sounds populate this program, featuring the music of contemporary African American composer, Quinn Mason, which is as uplifting as it is inspiring. Otterbein favorite, Nick Ross, returns to the Westerville Symphony for his third appearance, performing the fourth piano concerto of Sergei Prokofiev. The contemporaries Maurice Ravel and Borislav Martinu provide astonishing sonic contrast and help bring a fiery culmination to the Westerville Symphony’s 2023-2024 season!
